Please be advised that there is a lead time for all customised orders. For theme occasion cakes please place order minimum 2 weeks prior to pick up date. In order to speed up the consultation process and secure your booking efficiently, please provide the following information before placing an order.
1. Provide the Date of event, please be advised the order has to be made at least 2 weeks prior.

2. Decide on the Size/Number of Serves required for the cake

3. Decide on designs, theme, or element you would like to include in the creation
​
4. Provide photos of sample cakes if you have any.
​
5. If you would like me to do a freestyle or unique design for you, it will be great to provide a budget for me to work within. The design/creation will be revealed at the time of receiving the cake, OR you can request for a painted sketch or draft by purchasing the Design Sketch Package**.
6. Decide on flavour of your cake, or any allergies requirements that has to be aware of.

7. Once order detail is confirmed, read and agree to the Terms and Condition.
8. Please pay 50% deposit or in full to lock in the booking.

8. Arrange a Time to pick up or delivery. (Delivery cost may apply extra charges base on mileage)

DESIGN SKETCH PACKAGE

Cost: AUD$50 - This is a non refundable fee that will be applied to the deposit/final payment if the order is proceeded successfully.

Includes two (2) painted draft/design options, and 3 revision round amendments
-
If you exceed the 3 revision rounds and require more changes, these may be subject to a fee of $15.00 per round.
