"Hi mums! A big shout out to Cake By Cindy Cecilia Ngo for making my father's 70th birthday cake. Cindy is extremely easy to communicate with, thanks to her the cake design process was really efficient. She then delivered what was discussed with a lot of attention to detail, extra time spent for every feature requested, including matching crooked teeth for the grandfather and the grandchild, the outfit and shoes of the figurines, and couch and floor.

 

On top of all these, the black sesame flavoured cake was a big hit at our celebration. The oldies who don't normally eat sweets all loved it for its moist texture and not too sweet flavour.

 

I want to make a special mention to Cindy's thoughtfulness. I had requested the top layer be made with a dummy cake so we get to keep it for a long time. Cindy made the whole process easy by including an extra box I could give to the restaurant, and reminded me to wipe down the buttercream layer 'glue afterwards and spray some acrylic pain to preserve the fondant. It is now safely sitting in the box on display in our family home as a keepsake. We are very grateful. Thanks Cindy, we will be back for more delicious and beautiful cakes made by you!"
